Dave started in the real estate and mortgage business in 2002. Shortly after, he became a full-time Realtor and Residential Investor. His successful investing experience has significantly helped Dave grow his business with investor clients. Dave owns and manages four single family homes, a 4-plex, and a duplex in the Twin Cities.
Due to the changing market, he puts a strong focus on listing REO (Bank-Owned) properties for numerous national & local banks. This has drastically increased his sales volume and kept him on the cutting edge of dealing with foreclosures in the Twin Cities.
